Theme A@W Milan 2025: Metamorphosis – Evolving Spaces
Transformation is the new balance. Today, architecture and design are called upon to imagine places that change together with those who inhabit them. Flexible, sensitive spaces, capable of activating profound relationships with the environment, with the body, with the senses. The theme of biophilia returns to the centre of the project: living matter, natural light, sound, scents, tactility. Each element contributes to building harmonious ecosystems, bringing the natural and the human, the collective and the intimate, the inside and the outside into dialogue. ‘Metamorphosis - Spaces in Evolution’ is the fil rouge of the 11th edition of ARCHITECT@WORK Milano: two days of meetings, installations and reflections on a new way of inhabiting the present - and the future.
