Coliving as an innovative form of housing combines privacy, community life and public space in a new urban context. Ján Antal will present the development of coliving, its potential for the Czech Republic and specific architectural principles that enable the creation of sustainable communities. Using the example of a competition proposal for coliving in Smíchov by Studio Perspectives, he will present a range of spatial solutions from the intimate to the public. A key design principle for colivign projects is then also the purchasing power and society-wide discussion about the future of housing.
