Be inspired by innovation: visit A@W!
The main reason for visiting is that A@W is THE meeting place for specifiers such as architects and interior designers to discover innovative products. This takes place in a custom-designed concept, where all attention is focused on the innovations approved by a judging panel. A@W also offers an extensive seminar and features programme. The aisles have been transformed into cozy lounge areas with free catering. Here, specifiers can exchange ideas with technical advisors and fellow architects.
ARCHITECT@WORK Rotterdam will remain easily accessible on 9 September
On Wednesday 9 September, a national public transport strike will take place in the Netherlands. During this strike, public transport services may be limited or completely suspended.
However, visitors and exhibitors at ARCHITECT@WORK Rotterdam need not worry about their visit to Rotterdam Ahoy.
In collaboration with Ahoy, extensive transport arrangements have been put in place:
• 2,200 parking spaces available around Ahoy
• Option for additional parking capacity if required
• Taxi and Uber pick-up points available
• Bike-sharing and scooter-sharing schemes available near the venue
• Continuous monitoring of the traffic situation
We advise visitors to allow for slightly busier morning and evening rush hours and to plan their route in advance.

ARCHITECT@WORK Rotterdam announces theme for its 11th edition: Regenerative Architecture
For the 11th edition of ARCHITECT@WORK Rotterdam, everything revolves around regenerative architecture, an approach to design that goes beyond sustainability alone. While sustainable building focuses on limiting negative impact, regenerative design aims to actively contribute to the restoration and strengthening of ecosystems, communities and natural resources.
