KALTECH - 100% NATURAL HYDRAULIC LIME

Kaltech® is a range of mortars 100% based on Natural Hydraulic Lime. Natural Hydraulic Lime (NHL) is the preferred binder in rehabilitation and restoration work on historic buildings because it respects the original substrate. This compatibility is due to properties such as high deformability, permeability to water vapour and resistance to salts. In addition to its lower carbon footprint, its excellent workability and ease of application have led designers and applicators to revive this binder in new construction as well. As no cement is used in their composition, these mortars have a much smaller ecological footprint.
