THE EVENT

ARCHITECT MEETS INNOVATIONS

Discover the most inspiring innovations, carefully selected by a jury of architects and interior architects. These innovations cover the full spectrum of the building industry, from interior finishing and building systems to carcass and techniques.

A@W Warsaw 2025: A Resounding Success with Eyes on the Future

The fourth edition of ARCHITECT@WORK Warsaw has officially wrapped up — and once again, it exceeded expectations. The lead up to this 2025 edition was great: with a floor plan which was fully booked and a waiting list for exhibitors, underscoring the growing enthusiasm and engagement from industry professionals across Poland. This resulted in welcoming an impressive attendance of 2.532 professionals from the specifying community.

Over two buzzing days, architects, interior designers, and key industry players discovered innovative materials, connected with visionary brands, and explored the theme of Circular Horizons. The event reaffirmed ARCHITECT@WORK’s vital role as a hub for innovation, dialogue, and future-focused design in the architectural landscape.

Thanks to popular demand, we are excited to announce that the 2026 edition will feature an expanded floor plan and a brand-new layout — stay tuned for more details!

A heartfelt thank you to all exhibitors, speakers, and visitors for making this edition truly unforgettable.

Next up: ARCHITECT@WORK Gdańsk, taking place on 19 & 20 November. Following the success of its debut edition, we’re gearing up for another high-impact event. There are still a few spots available — don’t miss the opportunity to engage directly with the local specifying community and showcase your latest product innovations!

Theme 2025: CIRCULAR HORIZONS

Circular Horizons - Architecture for the Future, Built Today

Circular design isn’t a passing trend—it’s a mindset. It considers a building’s entire life cycle, from construction to use, demolition, and material reuse. Every detail matters.
It means revitalizing old structures, respecting resources, and balancing modernization with heritage preservation. It’s about reimagining spaces while honoring the past. We focus on reducing waste, designing energy-efficient, cost-effective buildings, and optimizing every element—from materials to space. Circularity bridges old and new, blending innovation with responsibility. It’s architecture that serves today while shaping a sustainable future.
