SUPATRAY ZeroFlex is an innovative, modular grid substructure for raised floors in outdoor areas, which is installed on plastic pedestals. It has been developed to overcome the structural limitations of conventional pedestal and grid systems. The grid elements, measuring 60 × 60 cm and made from high-performance polypropylene, are positioned on pedestals and connected to one another via the manufacturer’s proprietary locking disc system to form a rigid, continuous platform. Unlike conventional systems, where the panels rest only at specific points, the interconnected grid distributes loads evenly across the entire surface.
