POLYCARBONATE PANELS AND AERO SUN GLASS

Aerogel-filled multi-chamber polycarbonate panels and AERO SUN insulated glass panes as fillings for skylights are used in ventilation systems, smoke and heat removal and facade systems. The filling produced by us is characterized by very good thermal insulation (U <0.2Wm2K - regardless of the mounting position) while maintaining a low weight and the ability to diffuse daylight. This unique combination of features provides significant savings in the weight of the construction of buildings, without the need to dose a large amount of thermal insulation while maintaining the properties of daylight illumination. An additional advantage of our products with aerogel filling is increased sound insulation compared to standard fillings. Inside our aerogel products, the sound travels much slower than outside it (100 m / s, compared to 340 m / s in air), which results in a better sound attenuation of about 3 db, depending on the product. Our products reduce energy consumption in buildings in which they will be installed by increasing the natural light of the building, and above all through their high thermal insulation properties.
