LINAK DESK TRACKING SYSTEM

The LINAK® desk tracking system with its smart sensor and WLAN box simplifies desk tracking for smart offices. Tracking desk usage provides an indication of how much desk capacity is needed for an office to function effectively. In addition, the system shows users which office tables are available, and bookings and reservations can be made at free tables accordingly. If a user does not show up despite having made a reservation, this is detected by the sensor and displayed in the system. The valuable resource is immediately released. The sensors not only show whether there is an optimal room-to-employee ratio, but can also create a heat map of an office. It shows which areas are used most frequently. Such maps of usage intensity distribution can then be used to regulate room temperature, optimize room cleaning and reduce energy consumption. The desk tracking system consists of a WLAN box, a Desk Sensor™ 2, and a DESK Wi-Fi app. The solution itself is very easy to integrate into new and existing desk systems.
