The ESTETIC 80/A HP M 3D is an invisible hinge for flush doors, combining precision performance with modern aesthetics. Completely invisible when the door is closed and suitable for both left- and right-handed doors, it fits perfectly into minimalist interior designs. Despite its compact dimensions, it offers a load capacity of up to 80 kg using just two hinges. The model is equipped with maintenance-free composite bearings that eliminate the need for lubrication, ensuring quiet and smooth operation over time. Independent 3D adjustment (horizontal and height ±2 mm, compression ±1 mm) allows for precise door alignment, guaranteeing stability and user comfort. Magnetic steel covers enhance the overall appearance by concealing the installation elements. The hinge is designed for wooden, steel, and aluminum frames and provides a full opening angle of 180°. Thanks to the use of advanced materials, increased load capacity has been achieved while maintaining compact dimensions. The cataphoresis (KTL) coating process ensures high corrosion resistance, reduces VOC emissions, and allows for maximum paint utilization, supporting both product durability and sustainable production.
