Our vision, which began in 2014, was to create a unique surface that is 100% equal to Corten steel in terms of look and feel using a high-quality ENVIRAL powder coating. The well-known disadvantages of Corten steel in terms of sustainability and environmental compatibility should be a thing of the past, as should the unpleasant monetary, logistical and processing conditions that have already caused many ambitious façade projects to fail. Since then, we have developed various CorTen designs using different ENV powder coating techniques, which we believe have now reached their unique peak in the UNIQUE series. The ENV CorTen UNIQUE series consists of 4 color directions, which are based on the 'degree of maturity' of the aging Corten steel: - ENVnatuRAL CorTenStahl OrangeBreeze UNIQUE shows the young, fresh Corten steel that is in the early stages of its formation - ENVnatuRAL CorTenStahl TheRed UNIQUE is based on the medium-aged Corten steel phase, which already appears slightly darkened, reddish in color - ENVnatuRAL CorTenStahl IlBruno UNIQUE presents the gracefully aged Corten steel with a strong brownish patina - ENVnatuRAL CorTenStahl AllSeasons UNIQUE is our latest creation, which skillfully interprets a cross-section of the 3 variants described above All variants are extremely resistant to environmental influences and of course much easier to process on aluminum than heavy Corten steel. Each part is a unique piece created by hand using powder coating and is ideal for use in sophisticated façades.
