EDGE PLYWOOD STEP + REINFORCEMENT CORE

The new generation layered step is a novelty on the interior joinery market. This product has been developed around the production capabilities of edge plywood. Its cross-shaped structure running at an angle of 45 degrees to the edge is a special feature of the steps. Both layers – upper and lower – are bonded together using a reinforcing core which prevents dislocation, made of 4 mm plywood. The lines of the layers intersect at right angles to each other. This ensures high strength parameters and good resistance to high loads. The product's aesthetics is an additional advantage. The warm feel of the wood is in keeping with the market trends. The edge plywood used for production comes from by-products of the production process (cutting sheets to size). The centrally applied core provides excellent stability and extra strength. The step can be made using flame-retardant technology, compliant with CE parameters regarding flame retardancy (B-s1-d0 standard). The step suits both private and commercial spaces.
