Edge plywood is made of elements rotated by 90 degrees relative to the previous solution, making visible the surface formed by the combination of parallel edges with a layer structure characteristic for plywood. The joined edges can form strips, sheets, boards, blocks, etc. of various sizes and thicknesses while retaining the mechanical properties of plywood. The resulting new boards and blocks are then used to make wall panels, worktops, furniture components, slats, trim strips, interior finishing elements, etc. The product is used in decorating both commercial and private spaces. Using a previously well-known raw material in a new way opens up undeveloped areas for wooden materials, thus replacing synthetic materials. The plane is characterised by significantly higher resistance to mechanical damage compared to traditional plywood. You can also repeatedly repair the surface by sanding it - there is no risk of over-sanding the cladding. The innovation of this product consists in the fact that it was created from derivatives of standard plywood production, which were given a new product life, thus eliminating the need for disposal and combustion at the current stage of production. The recycled raw material has become a fully valuable product with a wide range of interesting functional and aesthetic properties. It is critical for the environment to reduce the amount of waste and derivatives to be disposed of. The product is developed in line with the philosophy of managing production derivatives previously disposed of in dedicated incinerators. Our production method results in an estimated material efficiency improvement of between 1.5% and 3%. Standard formats: 2440 x 900 mm. Other sizes and designs of plywood are available on request.
