BRUSH BAR TRUNKING SYSTEM WITH NEW LID

The design of the brush bar trunking system allows an almest invisible, flexible supply of the room with power, data and multimedia. lt is installed flush with the floor. Only a narrow brush bar is visible, which serves as a cable outlet. The trunking system runs along room walls and floor to ceiling window fronts. Cables can be led out at any point and thus creating flexibility for the end user to always find the shortest raute to their designated power outlet. The new snap-in lid function allows the trunking to be opened and closed effortlessly at any point. As the trunking is mounted flush with the screed and the lids are covered with the floor covering, they fit discreetly and seamlessly in any interior. A complete electrical installation system manufactured from steel & aluminum, with some electrical components made from PVC. The 0KB trunking system is useable for dry cleaned cavity and screed floors. The entire trunking system is adjustable to the top edge of the floor covering by using height adjustment supports. The trunking system fits flush to all floor coverings. Easy Installation method. Solid, robust construction providing a building life, lifespan. Acoustic behaviour within several floor construction environments is tested and certified by an independent test institute. The 0KB floor trunking system has a lang lifetime. Once the trunking has been installed, it remains within the floor for the entire building lifetime. All wear parts such as snap in lids or power sockets are replaceable. The 080 underfloor system production line will be supplied with green power energy only and 080 production halls will be supplied with green energy produced by photovoltaic systems installed upon the roof.
