Camira is a pioneer in sustainable textiles. The company innovated recycled fabrics in the 1990s, created fabrics made from wool and plant fibres in the 2000s, and introduced ocean waste fabrics in the 2010s. The drive is now towards circular fabrics, made from textile waste, from used clothing, as well as Camira’s own waste materials.
