Resource architecture

Talk by Christophe Aubertin, architect, Collectif Studiolada

The Studiolada collective develops contextual architecture based on the local resources of each project. Material, human, cultural and technical resources: the responses are adapted to the “means at hand” and claim a form of contemporary vernacular. What architectural style can be developed using the vocabulary of this new era? How can we develop “human energy” architecture? What's in it for us? And what are the concrete and emotional results?
