Unifit: the evolution of the minimalist socket

‘A universalist design approach, minimalist shape and sophisticated construction.’ These are words of praise from the Red Dot Design Awards 2024 jury about unifit, the new socket from rond by prado. It earned an award in the category Product Design. The industry itself shares the enthusiasm of the expert jury. After a successful launch in the United States, the innovative socket is now also available in Europe. The new unifit socket stands out with its compact all-in-one solution and an edge that is no less than 66 % narrower than that of its predecessor. As a result, the module fits perfectly into any type of wall material, from plaster to wood and stone. The smart clamping makes installation easy and quick, without any additional holder or tools. With the optional adjustable plaster ring, unifit is also easy to install seamlessly in thicker walls.

Unifit is available in 2 variants: a hardwired version with screw terminals and a wired version with a 1.5-metre extension cord, ideal for applications in wooden board material.
