VENTILATED FACADE WITH XBACTER TECH.

Frontek is a revolutionary ventilated façade system manufactured with state-of-the-art porcelain pieces through a painstaking extrusion process. It has a wide range of collections that adapt to all types of buildings, climates and weather conditions. At Frontek we work with all types of formats and dimensions, adapting to the millimetre to the dimensions of the project. We also have different types of finishes: different volumes, gloss, colours and textures. These pieces, despite their large dimensions, follow the manufacturing model of the rest of Frontek pieces with their exclusive honeycomb system. Each piece has a series of longitudinal holes on the longest side of the piece that has been developed after many years of research and the latest technology. This shape makes the façade pieces much lighter without sacrificing strength and durability. This result was possible thanks to the use of extrusion technology, achieving a high quality material with the possibility of creating shapes with the right moulds. Xbacter technology has recently been launched, a finish based on silver nanoparticles subjected to high temperatures that provides active and permanent antibacterial properties even in the absence of UV light. This technology is applied at the customer's request on the pieces to guarantee asepticity, especially recommended for façades located in humid environments where it is very important to avoid verdigris.
