CTRL CUBE®

The CTRL Cube® is a custom-made technical space that integrates all central systems for a home – from heating and cooling to ventilation, electricity, energy management, network, security, and provisions for charging stations and solar panels – all with respect for your design. The Cube is installed during the rough construction phase and is suitable for both new homes and major renovations. This allows the entire installation to be prepared, tested, and optimized under controlled conditions. The electrical panel is fully pre-wired, and collectors are mounted, ready for a quick, error-free on-site connection. The Cube consists of a wooden structure, tailored to the home, and insulated where necessary. A temporary construction door, alarm system, and waterproof protection make the module immediately deployable on-site. The CTRL Cube® comes with an in-depth study tailored to the home and its occupants: all systems are accurately dimensioned and aligned with the energy concept and comfort requirements. Our specialists take care of production, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the entire system.
