Marta Sękulska-Wrońska - WXCA

The architecture created by the WXCA studio responds primarily to the needs of people, and these are constantly subject to change and transformation. For WXCA architects, the basis of project work is to constantly respond to emerging changes and contexts. Examples and confirmation of these values are the studio's projects such as the revitalization of the nearly two-hectare site of the Ulrich family's former garden farm, the concreting of one of Warsaw's most popular parks, or a home for teenage and independent mothers. These are just a few of the projects from the WXCA studio's extensive portfolio that we will hear about during ARCHITECT@WORK.   WXCA is an interdisciplinary design studio creating architecture, urban planning and landscape. For many years, the office's activities have been focused in the area of realization of public buildings popularizing culture, science and art in Poland and around the world, as well as shaping environmental awareness. The field of special interest of WXCA architects is the transformation of areas of high cultural and natural value and the expression of the identity of institutions, communities and regions through architecture.
