The ES-01 folding spiral staircase was conceived and designed by Manufactura to optimise your home in order to save space, whether inside or outside. Our staircase allows you to access all the living spaces in your home, even the most cramped ones such as a souplex, a roof top or an attic. It ensures you a perfect safety in your movements and a comfort of use thanks to a central handrail. Its solidity allows it to resist heavy loads. The deployment and storage of your retractable spiral staircase against the wall can be manual or fully automatic. If you opt for the latter, Manufactura offers an electronically controlled motorisation. For standard heights, the manual function is effortless. The manual operation of the retractable spiral staircase is very simple. The staircase can be extended and retracted in a matter of seconds and without any particular difficulty. You simply move the central mast of the staircase on the axle fixed to the floor and pull out one step so that the others unfold by themselves. Once deployed, the staircase is locked by a pedal system located at the foot of the mast that you simply press down. In the folded position, the staircase is only 35 cm deep with the length of one step. Our made-to-measure staircase is a patented technology designed with noble materials.
