Building on the existing: An architecture of continuation

How can architecture be thought further without beginning anew? How can found structures, materials, and potentials be transferred into new spatial and programmatic qualities? Based on realized projects in Austria and Switzerland, illiz architektur give insights into their strategies for the transformation and continuation of the built existing stock.
