Exhibitor Story

Publication date: 10.09.2025

At the premiere of ARCHITECT@WORK in the Czech Republic, Hager took center stage as the exclusive partner, showcasing several exciting innovations in the world of designer switches.

At its stand, visitors could discover how the Mocha Mousse color of the year enhances multiple berker switch design lines. Equally eye-catching was the brand-new color palette for the rocker version of the berker R.classic series, proudly introduced under the name Two Tone thanks to its unique color combinations. Another highlight was the debut of the popular berker Q.1 and Q.3 ranges with their signature velvety surface—now available in a full matte black finish, expanding beyond the previously darkest anthracite option.

Alongside these Czech premieres, the Hager stand also presented a wide selection of unique switches from the limited Manufaktura series, as well as distinctive designs from its standard portfolio. Through the bespoke Hager Manufaktura program, architects can order switches tailored entirely to their vision—whether in specific colors, finishes, or even unconventional materials. From the standard collection, switches crafted from glass, porcelain, concrete, slate, and vibrant acrylic once again drew strong interest.

For the professional community of architects and designers, Hager also unveiled its new microsite, out-of-the-box.cz. This platform provides comprehensive information on all berker design ranges, enriched with insightful blog articles, inspirational photography, and video reports from projects across the Czech Republic and abroad.

A key attraction of the Hager exhibition was its interactivity. Visitors were encouraged not only to view the products but also to try them out, experiencing their beauty and functionality firsthand. The innovative format was widely praised by architects and designers for its flexibility, creativity, and hands-on approach. A central feature was the magnetic mood board, where individual switches, frames, central rockers, and material samples—fabrics, metals, and color swatches—were all mounted with magnets. This allowed visitors to freely create their own unique combinations of shapes, colors, and materials directly on-site.
