Niko Rocker & Niko Toggle: between history and innovation
Publication date: 19.06.2025

Founded in Belgium, Niko has been developing electrical and home automation solutions combining functionality, design and local manufacturing for over a century. True to this heritage, the brand is unveiling two new models: Rocker, inspired by a design from the 1950s, and Toggle, a nod to the Bakelite® rockers of the early 20th century. Two sober, well-crafted designs that are built to last.
Both share a refined design, robust materials (aluminium or steel) and quality craftsmanship. Designed entirely in Belgium, they continue the brand's industrial and artisanal expertise.

Rocker is distinguished by its elongated shape and straightforward activation, accompanied by an audible click inspired by the original 1958 model. Toggle, on the other hand, is activated with a simple vertical gesture, like a small lever. Both feature simple, intuitive controls designed for everyday use.
These models can be combined with an optional LED indicator, discreet and integrated, which shows the status of the switch without visually dominating the space.

The switch reinvented for today
Compatible with the Niko Home Control system, the Rocker and Toggle switches provide centralised control of lighting, heating and ventilation. Available in classic or dimmable versions, they come in a range of finishes, from brushed black to gold and champagne steel. Designed for uncompromising integration, they combine elegance, reliability and everyday comfort.
Available from March 2024, the Rocker and Toggle switches have a retail price of €96 excluding VAT.
