Which new building is better than a building that is not built? This proof still has to be made. The existing context now legitimizes building more than ever before. Dealing with what is already there is a well-practiced European style. However, distinguishing between what is important and what is unusable still needs to be practiced.

So the question remains: what moves us forward?
