Moderator:
Marialisa Santi, Presidente Fondazione Ordine Architetti Milano

The new work spaces for worker well-being. The meeting reflects on the importance that a work environment designed according to criteria of environmental sustainability has in increasing the well-being of workers and their perception of a welcoming and healthy workplace. What are the needs of a worker that can be met by an appropriate working environment? What is the relationship between a greener and healthier work environment and greater job satisfaction? How does space design affect workers' social relationships and performance?

Talk organised by Fondazione dell'Ordine degli Architetti P.P.C. della Provincia di Milano
