The reuse and transformation of buildings is a central and cross-cutting theme in the responses to sustainability and architecture in contemporary society, and one that needs to be reflected on.Utilising the resources already available by constructing meanings and new pertinences is a path towards rational exploitation of natural resources, where architects must show the importance of their work and their responsibility.
