The construction sector is one of the industries with the highest consumption of resources. Efficiency and the circular economy are the issues of our time - and so is the use of environmentally friendly and recycled materials. This applies equally to new buildings and refurbishments. The focus is on two spa projects, the new Lindau thermal spa on Lake Constance and the refurbishment of the Berg mineral baths in Stuttgart.
