A New Life for Pitter's Paper Mill in Pilsen

A presentation by the PRO-STORY studio will introduce the Nová Papírna project in Pilsen - the conversion of the former Piettova paper mill into a new urban district spanning 11 hectares. The project includes the restoration of the listed buildings - the Boiler House, the Bleaching House, and the Gate - as well as their repurposing. Up to 1,700 apartments, complemented by public and commercial facilities, are to be gradually built in the area.
