“Green Island” is the name of the new-generation business hub soon to open in Rome, on Viale dell'Oceano Pacifico in the Eur district. It will be a 13,200-square-meter building with four floors above ground and, above all, lots of greenery: sixteen roof gardens, four interior patios and a widespread presence of trees and shrubs. The building is Leed Gold certified.
