Conference organised as part of the Palmarès Régional d'Architecture en Nouvelle-Aquitaine in partnership with Le 308 Maison de l'Architecture. BAST and Littoral worked together on the M27 project. This detached house on a housing estate has been updated as a holiday home. Among the transformations carried out were the removal of the north masonry facade to open up the house to its garden, the removal of the false ceiling to free up the volume of the industrial trusses, and the use of sarking for the roof insulation so as not to alter the underside of the roof. Louis Leger - BAST - and Benjamin Coustès - Littoral - explain the different facets of the M27 project.
