Tanja Lincke, TANJA LINCKE ARCHITEKTEN
On the former shipyard site of the GDR water police, a place was created that builds on the existing structures free of any judgement. The history of the site is not negated, but rather channelled into new directions - a continuation through rededication as a stable, robust foundation that is supported less by design decisions than by the self-image of the overall structure.
