WAREMA CORNER JOINTS

To give the glass facades an attractive shading solution, we have developed something new: special external venetian blinds for corner positions. With the new corner joints, external venetian blinds can now also be attached to all-glass corners without visible rail or cable guides. The corner joints are discreetly designed and suitable for almost all slat geometries. This means that the unobstructed view of the modern all-glass corner is retained and the overall appearance remains aesthetic and unobtrusive. This shading solution offers high stability and is characterised by its simple consultation, planning and installation process. The tenants also benefit from the fact that neither the passage nor the view outside is too limited by any obstacles. External venetian blinds offer a sustainable solution for sun and glare protection on buildings. In summer, they effectively reduce the heating of interior spaces and thus lower the energy requirement for air conditioning systems. In the winter months, they allow optimum incidence of light and help to reduce heating requirements. WAREMA external venetian blinds also fulfil the highest service life class (3). According to DIN EN 13659, this corresponds to 10,000 movements and a total of 20,000 slat turns.
