100%-solids UV oil, BIO-based, clear, tintable, 3 gloss. Excellent resistance to abrasion, for Clear Hardwood, Dark Hardwood, Non-resinous softwood, Roller application, UV curing. The new UV oil TUM1AA4x ColorSeries is the environmental friendly evolution of traditional oils industrially used by wood flooring manufacturers. While ideal for wood flooring applications, it is as well perfect for furniture, doors and paneling manufacturing. It is a zero-emission oil featuring 32% of renewable raw materials of plantation origin, and does not contain curing substances based on heavy metals. TUM1AA4x ColorSeries enhances the natural beauty of wood reviving its grain, with an elegant and distinguished aesthetic effect. It can be used clear, or tinted with PYS3AA1 ColorSeries pastes to obtain any desired tone. UV curing takes place in seconds, allowing extremely high throughput.
