THE PARK HOUSE

Casa do Parque was the motto for the project concept, whose façade is a reflection of the park, reinterpreting the surrounding nature in a contemporary gesture. The façade's identity is combined with its versatility, allowing for different levels of privacy and light, giving it a certain dynamism depending on its use, making it a "living" and "organic" façade. Although in terms of its urban surroundings, the building is distinguished by its volumetry clad in BPLAN metal panels, it is inside that the vast applicability of this material is substantiated, driven by the complementarity between the architecture and design of the various spaces and their decoration.
