TACTILE GUIDANCE SYSTEM: INDICATORS

The tactile guidance system SPIN® Safe made of stainless steel allows visually impaired and blind people barrier-free access to buildings used by the public. The individual buttons form attention fields, while the lines guide the visitor inside the building. Single indicators are always placed on the existing floor covering and are thus permanently exposed to external and mechanical stress factors. The project-specific adhesive system for floors under high stress, e.g. in supermarkets or public buildings, can be walked on again after a short time and at the same time offers a significantly higher shear strength. It thus enables short-term installation without long-term blocking of the frequently heavily used areas.
