STRATO® COVER

STRATO® Cover gives new life to STRATO® EVA interlayer for laminated safety glass and now presents itself in a new function. Within the context of architecture and design, STRATO® interlayer has a new function: from layering to covering, STRATO® EVA becomes the adhesive between glass and different types of decorative surfaces, allowing the creation of externally covered glass, giving free rein to the imagination in the choice of the final layer. "The pairing” of the two materials creates an aesthetic and technical performance advantage. STRATO® Cover advantage application is that the EVA film allows all types of glass to be covered, even those with very thin thicknesses. The latter, thanks to the chemical tempering process that increases their mechanical resistance, have the possibility of being used for architectural and design projects, where the lightness of the glass is an added value. Another advantage is that glass, while being covered, allows the light transmission, which in turn gives rise to plays of light and shadow that can be very impactful in a design project. A new innovative use of glass and its add-ons, which creates new and interesting outlets in architectural and design applications.
