Modular sound-absorbing wall covering made of MDF (medium-density fiberboard) panels, either veneered or laminated, with high acoustic performance, fitted on refined aluminum profiles and that can be equipped with a complete range of accessories. Shelves and containers with coordinated design can be attached to the aluminum profiles. The panel, in the CE-certified version in class "B-s1, d0" for fire reaction, meets the strict parameters of the Japanese "F4 star" certification, which refers to the very low formaldehyde content according to JIS standards. It is also available in a version without fire reaction certification and with formaldehyde emissions in Class E1. The panels are produced exclusively through mechanical chip-removal processing of MDF. The machining process gives the panels specific geometric characteristics directly related to cylindrical cavities made on the rear side of the panel. The combination of the milling channel with each individual rear cavity forms a Helmholtz resonator. Dimensions: 4064x592x16 mm, 3840x592x16 mm, 1920x592x16 mm, 1280x592x16 mm, 960x592x16 mm. The simplicity of the system corresponds to extreme compositional flexibility, allowing it to be used interchangeably as a partition element, a furnishing component, or a technical element for acoustic treatment. In addition to the above features, the product is fully recyclable and is part of a company policy that includes strong vertical integration of production processes, from self-production of energy (8 hydroelectric power plants and 2 cogeneration plants) to the reuse of processing waste as fuel, up to the finished product.
