SIIL® – ARCHITECTURAL GLASS JOINT

With Siil®, Dextr® introduces an innovative, user-friendly, and aesthetic way to seamlessly connect (glass) panels. The flexible Siil® glass joint profile is equipped with transparent tape on both sides and, thanks to its specially designed profile shape, fits perfectly into the polished glass joint. This ensures a sleek, high-quality finish for interior glass walls. One Siil®, multiple mounting possibilities: Thanks to the easily tearable sealing lips, Siil® is suitable for various mounting methods, including: - Inline glass mounting - 90° corner mounting - T-joint with a perpendicular intersection The Siil® glass joint is available for several common glass thicknesses, including: - 10 mm tempered glass or 55.2 laminated glass - 12 mm tempered glass or 66.2 laminated glass - 88.2 laminated glass Siil® is available in, but not limited to, the following standard colors: - Silver Shade (neutral) - Black – RAL 9005 - White – RAL 9016 Outstanding product features: ✔ Material: Made of high-quality thermoplastic elastomer with a temperature resistance of -40°C to 110°C. ✔ Durability: UV-resistant and chemically neutral, resistant to household chemicals. ✔ Strong adhesion: The transparent, weather- and water-resistant mounting tape ensures strong adhesion to glass edges and is compatible with PVB film in laminated glass. ✔ Insulation: Enhances both thermal and acoustic insulation in glass walls.
