The beauty of reclaimed barrique oak made unique by the endless hues and nuances impressed on barrel staves by wine as it ages in the barrels. Quadrato is the result of a painstaking artisanal process of transformation of barrel staves into small squares. Squares are obtained from the stave’s internal part that is naturally colored by wine. Depending on the characteristics of the oak barrel and the type of wine, barrique squares will show different textures and shades of color. Squares coming from different barrels are mixed up to form always new compositions to be used as wall panels, tabletops and other horizontal or vertical flat surfaces. Quadrato can be enriched with other elements, such as inserts in different materials, colors and dimensions.
