The PRESTO Slim tap has been designed to meet the requirements of the tertiary sector, particularly in sanitary spaces, where fittings must combine aesthetic appeal, user comfort, and technical performance, both in renovation and new-build projects. Its main innovation lies in the exceptional slimness of its body, with a diameter of only 26 mm—rarely achieved for an electronic tap. This slim design results from a completely reengineered technical architecture, combining the relocation of space-constraining components, such as the solenoid valve and power supply, and the positioning of the detection sensor at the end of the spout. These design choices significantly reduce the tap’s diameter while maintaining all the functionalities required in collective environments. The tap is equipped with a fully automatic, contactless activation and shut-off system based on presence detection, ensuring precise and reliable operation. This functionality meets hygiene standards, water consumption control requirements, and user comfort expectations in public sanitary areas. The flow rate, limited to 2 L/min, ensures a pleasant and high-quality water stream. Enhanced hygiene is ensured through an automatic 30-second flush, activated 48 hours after the last use. This helps maintain better network hygiene by preventing stagnant water, bacterial growth, and siphon drying. The risk of Legionella is reduced thanks to an innovation compatible with thermal disinfection (thermal shock). Installations are secured by an automatic shut-off of the solenoid valve in case of water flow exceeding 30 seconds, power failure, or sensor malfunction, thereby protecting your facilities by preventing prolonged water flow and reducing the risk of water damage.
