PANELTIM BASE

Paneltim Base is an innovative, lightweight structural plastic panel with a laminated polyester backing. It consists of five layers and has a symmetrical design. The core is formed by a Paneltim Multipower panel, the strongest panel in our range, which is known worldwide for its versatility and excellent product properties. An adhesive layer with a non-woven textile polyester backing is applied to both outer sides. This structure makes Paneltim Base particularly suitable for bonding and connecting functional or aesthetic layers. With a total thickness of 51 mm and an internal cell structure of 50x50 mm, Paneltim Base is a versatile building block for various applications. The panel retains the processing possibilities of classic panels and can be processed with standard tools such as drilling, sawing, and milling. Moreover, it can be welded to larger dimensions with the right equipment. Paneltim Base is extremely suitable for innovative applications including interior and outdoor furniture, swimming pools, water-holding tanks, the events and exhibition sector, and many other areas.
