On the new Knauf FlatWin window, not just the glass is flush; the frame is also installed flush to the wall surface ensuring bright rooms and an appealing wall appearance. Special variants of FlatWin can cover greater requirements right up to X-ray shielding and sound insulation values of up to 40 dB. Installation is quick and easy. A surface flush frame is installed during wall construction. The glass panes are simply clipped in after the walls are completed. Glass surfaces up to 3 m² are possible and floor-depth designs and skylights are not a problem. Installing intermediate UA profiles allows interlinking a row of FlatWin windows.
