Kappi is a highly optimized and high-quality structural wooden system. Our engineers developed Kappi to easily realize free spans between 2 and 12 meters. With this system you can create a much larger usable volume than with a traditional roof. The basic principle is that the elements are light, robust and reusable. That makes Kappi sustainable and of high quality. A prefab Kappi roof meets all requirements of the building codes. With Kappi you can build an extra floor on a house just as easily as a (temporary) home. This prefab roof is also a sustainable and cost-conscious solution for industrial halls, garages, care homes or the replacement of existing roofs.
