ISOSPAN WOOD CONCRETE + CELINA SLIPS

Resource-saving construction with the combination of ISOSPAN woodchip concrete blocks + CELINA-KLINKER BRICKSLIPS. ISOSPAN sheathing blocks are a sustainable building material that consists largely of wood chips and is therefore an excellent CO² store. ISOSPAN is:  easy to work with  easy to handle due to low weight  very load-bearing  enormously sound-absorbing  non-combustible (A2)  excellent thermal insulation without thermal bridges  vapour diffusible and therefore good for the indoor climate  particularly earthquake-proof  recyclable  proven for 60 years The included thermal insulation, the low water absorption and the very short drying time shorten the construction time. Available prefabricated wall modules also serve cost efficiency and are particularly suitable for serial construction. Ecological building with ISOSPAN is state-subsidised in Germany (up to 1500 000 € KFW subsidy per flat, KFW loan under 1%). The surface of the wall construction system consists of Celina brick slips, which are not - as is usually the case - cut out of the full brick, but are produced directly in the slim brick slip format, saving energy and resources. The Celina brick slips are not only space saving, but - analogous to traditional clinker bricks:  permanently low-maintenance, as insensitive to algae, fungi and lichen  non-flammable  frost-resistant The environmentally friendly wall system made of ISOSPAN + CELINA-BRICK SLIPS combines the positive characteristics of wood and clinker while enabling efficient and creative architecture.
