New Installation Dynamics Geberit FlowFit encompasses everything necessary to create a universal supply system: pipes in bars and coils, with or without protective or insulating sleeves. Unbreakable and corrosion-resistant PPSU synthetic material fittings. MasterFix fitting for tool-free connection to plumbing. Without calibration or deburring, cutting and fitting of pipes are simplified. The specific design of the fittings allows for reliable connections. A viewing window to check the fitting of the tube and a crimping indicator. Once successfully crimped, the indicator detaches. Executed crimps are immediately identifiable. Thanks to lateral crimping of the fittings, the rotating crimping point remains accessible for comfortable and safe work even in tight spaces. 2 jaws are sufficient to implement the 8 pipe diameters from d16 to d75 mm. Even large dimensions can be crimped without heavy crimping chains. A benefit for easy installation, especially in high-altitude work. For diameters from d16 to d40 mm, it is also possible to use a manual crimping tool (no interruption to replace or recharge accumulators). The color of the crimping indicators (orange or blue) makes it easy to associate tube diameters with appropriate jaws. Optimized Hydraulic Design The innovative geometry of the fittings and tubes (curved inner radii) significantly reduces pressure losses. Result: drinking water installations with smaller pipe dimensions and reduced response times. This translates to space, material, and installation time savings.
