FINEO VACUUM GLASS IN SKYLIGHTS

VELUX Commercial is collaborating with AGC Glass Europe on the renovation of the historic Victor Boin swimming pool in Sint-Gillis, Brussels. This Art Deco building is undergoing a sustainable transformation with the integration of FINEO vacuum glass in the VELUX Commercial skylights of the DC mullion system. This ultra-thin, highly insulating glass offers the thermal performance of triple glazing while being only 7.7 mm thick. This makes it ideal for renovations where both energy efficiency and aesthetic preservation are key priorities. FINEO vacuum glass is produced in Belgium and is the only vacuum glass with a CE marking, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards in Europe. This innovative application in the skylights of the DC mullion system allows for a combination of natural daylight and energy efficiency in historic buildings.
