FIBRAPAN BIO

Fibrapan Bio is an innovative wood fiber panel (MDF) manufactured with 100% bio-based glues obtained from the bark of the tree, with a content of more than 99% natural components. It is developed using Finsa’s exclusive SIPS (Steam Injection Press System) technology, which allows rapid hardening of the bio-based resin and exhaustive control of the density profile and moisture distribution. Fibrapan Bio is a water-repellent product with V100 classification. It offers excellent surface quality for machining and low abrasion, allowing transformation processes such as lacquering and reducing tool wear. Fibrapan Bio can be combined with all existing decorative options for wood-based panels available at Finsa and in line with the Bio concept, we emphasize the possibility of a natural wood veneer coating. The natural veneers available are of a wide variety of species and will form with a FIbrapan Bio support a completely natural wood product.
