The 100% dry solution for your flooring project The fermacell® Therm25TM dry floor screed elements are designed for indoor use with integrated pipe channels for underfloor heating and cooling systems. A single element consists of a 25 mm thick fermacell® gypsum fibreboard panel, the upper side of which is milled in a special system that allows the elements and subsequently the underfloor heating pipes to be laid efficiently.
