CONCEALED PARTS 2.0

RVB concealed parts are now made using screw-cutting process, replacing those cast in the foundry. This new technique allows RVB to make a multitude of technical improvements to the internal parts. The weight is improved due to better control of the recess. The 'waste' from this work is fully recycled to produce new brass rods, indefinitely and without loss of quality. Thanks to the CNC machines, which are regulated to the nearest micron, the precision of our parts is surgical. Engravings are used on our products to make their placement as intuitive as possible. A stainless steel plate also allows for better assembly and maintenance of the unit to guarantee a qualitative and durable installation.
