All Val washbasins and bathroom accessories are manufactured in the revolutionary SaphirKeramik by Laufen. Strong and malleable, SaphirKeramik makes it possible to create wafer-thin walls and tight edges of just 2 to 3 mm while retaining the traditional production process. The slim profile makes it space-saving, light and environmentally friendly. SaphirKeramik derives its exceptional hardness and strength from the component corundum (AI2O3), a colourless mineral found in sapphires.
